We are looking for a creative architect who wants to be a part of a growing brand. Our company is working with short-term renting of apartments in German top cities (with a perspective on growing worldwide).

As a part of a company, your responsibilities will be:
- Creating apartment layouts in the planning program for new projects in the acquisition and new and ongoing building permits
- Supporting new and ongoing building permits
- Editing relevant documents for building permits
- Creating furniture plans based on the floor plans
- Supporting fire protection planning

Who we are looking for a candidate with:
● English B2 or C1 both in written and spoken English and German, please apply even if you have have basic German, but would like to improve it
● Self-reliant working manner
● Creative approach to finding solutions
● And who wants to be a part of a growing brand of short-term apartments in German (& European/Worldwide) top cities with a long term approach (100% legal based on building permits)
